This 5k obstacle course race is open to dog owners of all ages and experience levels and will be enjoyable for everyone who attends.
All classes will cover roughly 3.5 miles and include over 30 natural and man-made obstacles, which must be completed by both handler and dog. The course is laid out over varied terrain including forest, field, and water with obstacles such as creek crossings, steep rugged ground, low crawls, a-frames, and log structures spread throughout.

Logan Haus Kennels' Canine Mud Run is an annual event that takes place in the beautiful mountains of Lewisburg, West Virginia.
This 5k obstacle course race is open to dog owners of all ages and experience levels and will be enjoyable for everyone who attends.
This run includes three different classes, the Competitive Class, with and without a canine, and the Pro Division.
These divisions are open to all handler-dog teams.
This year, SDONA has sponsored a class exclusively for Search & Rescue handlers as well.

"COMPETITIVE DIVISION"
The Competitive Division is open to everyone and includes classes for those entering with or without a dog.
Our goal for the Competitive Division is a course that is fun, challenging, but still "doable."
Whether you and your dog walk this course with friends or you run for the trophies, we guarantee you will feel a sense of pride when you cross that finish line!
$100 registration fee (includes race fee, t-shirt, medal for completion, BBQ, & drinks)
There will be trophies for the top 3 finishers both with and without a dog.
SEARCH & RESCUE HANDLERS!
*Search Dog Organization of North America has sponsored a sub-class of this division exclusively for Search & Rescue handlers and their dogs.*
There will be trophies for the top 3 finishers, along with monetary prizes.
Please sign up for the Competitive K9 Division, then let the race timer know you are a SAR handler when you check in on race day.
"PRO DIVISION"
The Pro Division is open to any handler-dog teams interested in a more challenging course with cash payouts to the top 3 finishers.
This class incorporates a few additional, more difficult obstacles and will require greater athleticism, stamina, and control from both handler and dog.
*all canines must be outfitted with a lifting harness*
(we suggest the Icon Air Harness from Ray Allen)
$125 registration fee (includes race fee, t-shirt, medal for completion, BBQ, & drinks)
There will be trophies for the top 3 finishers, along with monetary prizes.
1st place - $500 2nd place - $300 3rd place - $200
YOUTH DIVISION
The youth division is open to everyone 15 and under. Youth runners do not have to run with a dog, but are allowed to if they'd like.
$50 registration fee (includes race fee, t-shirt, medal for completion, BBQ, & drinks)
ALL RUNNERS REGISTERING AFTER SEPTEMBER 25 WILL LIKELY NOT RECEIVE A MEDAL OR TSHIRT.
All dogs must be on leash AT ALL TIMES when out of a vehicle or crate.
We suggest all dogs wear a harness as it makes some areas of the course easier.
Runners are responsible for maintaining control of their dogs, children, and spouses at all times.
Parking is in full sun; please come prepared with fans, sunshades, etc.
*Free camping with toilets and outdoor showers Friday-Monday*
We will cook hot dogs on Friday night for $10 per person.
Everyone is welcome to stay Sunday for our NRL22 Rifle Match.
